Smart Motorways and Variable Limits
Modern smart motorways use variable speed limits and dynamic hard shoulders. We teach you how to read the overhead signs, respond to red X lanes, and drive safely when the hard shoulder is live. This is essential knowledge on today's motorway network.

Who Benefits from Motorway Lessons

Motorway lessons are £55 per hour. We also offer a 2-hour motorway module — ideal for covering both joining and exiting skills in a single session.
Yes. Learner drivers are not permitted on motorways unless accompanied by an approved driving instructor in a dual-controlled vehicle — which is exactly what we offer after you pass.
Completely understandable — it is the most common concern. We always start on quiet sections and dual carriageways first to ease you in gradually at your own pace.
Yes. The motorway module is part of the Pass Plus programme. If you book Pass Plus, motorway lessons are included — ask us about bundled pricing.
